Sioux Empire On Tap is Sioux Falls' signature craft beer festival, held annually in February at the Sioux Falls Convention Center at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Produced by America On Tap, a national craft beer festival organizer, the event brings together over 100 craft beers, ciders, and seltzers for attendees to sample across multiple sessions throughout the day.
The 2026 edition took place on Saturday, February 21, featuring a session from 12 PM to 4 PM. General admission tickets are priced at $55 and include three hours of sampling plus a souvenir glass. VIP tickets at $75 provide an additional hour of early access and entry to an exclusive VIP area with limited-release beers. Designated driver tickets are available for $12. The festival also features live music from local bands, food options, and dozens of local vendors.
