The Von Brewski Beer Festival is Huntsville's signature craft beer celebration, held annually at the Von Braun Center in downtown Huntsville, Alabama. Named with a playful nod to the city's space heritage and rocket scientist Wernher von Braun, the festival brings together 50+ breweries pouring 150+ craft beers alongside live music, pretzel necklaces, brats, and a festive atmosphere that captures the spirit of the Rocket City.
Now celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026, Von Brewski has grown from a modest tasting event into one of North Alabama's most anticipated annual gatherings. The festival features a Craft Beer Trail Tasting Map, live cooking stations and private restrooms for VIP guests, photo booths, a Hydration Station, and limited-edition souvenir pint glasses. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster with advance, day-of, and Black Friday pricing tiers.
The Von Brewski Beer Festival was born at the Von Braun Center in downtown Huntsville, Alabama, quickly becoming the Rocket City's signature craft beer celebration. Named with a playful nod to the city's space heritage and Wernher von Braun, the pioneering rocket scientist who helped put Huntsville on the map, Von Brewski blends local pride with a love of craft beer in a way that feels uniquely Huntsville.
Since its debut in 2017, the festival has grown from a modest tasting event into one of North Alabama's most anticipated annual gatherings. Each year, attendees don their pretzel necklaces and set out on the Craft Beer Trail Tasting Map, sampling from 50+ breweries pouring 150+ brews that range from local Alabama favorites to nationally acclaimed craft offerings. Live music, brats, and a festive atmosphere round out the experience.
For 2026, the 10th anniversary celebration marks a milestone moment. The event has moved to the South Hall at the Von Braun Center and promises an elevated experience with even more breweries, live cooking stations for VIP guests, and all the tradition that has made Von Brewski a beloved Huntsville institution.
