Burp Fest at Mile High Beer Fest 2027

The Mile High Beer Fest has established itself as one of Denver's go-to spring beer events, bringing together Colorado's craft beer community for an all-inclusive afternoon of sampling and celebration. Organized by Drink Denver, the festival was built around a simple idea that resonates with attendees: buy a ticket, get a glass, and sample as much as you want — no tokens, no drink tickets, no limits on what you can try.

For 2026, the festival made a significant move to Denargo Market, a new development in the RiNo Arts District along the South Platte River. The venue offers a completely different experience from previous locations, with expansive public spaces, green lawns, and the neighborhood's iconic giant climbing rhino sculpture serving as a backdrop. Festival organizer Lacey Spruce and the Drink Denver team saw the new location as an opportunity to grow the event while maintaining its intimate, community-focused feel.

With nearly 50 breweries, cideries, and distilleries pouring over 100 beverages, the Mile High Beer Fest punches above its weight for a mid-sized festival. The all-inclusive format encourages exploration — attendees are free to revisit favorites and discover new breweries without worrying about running out of tickets. Combined with live music, the RiNo neighborhood's creative energy, and the laid-back vibe that defines Denver's beer scene, the Mile High Beer Fest delivers an experience that keeps selling out year after year.
