The NH Bacon & Beer Festival is a beloved 21+ charity event combining craft beer and bacon. The 10th annual edition returns to Merrimack, NH on June 6, 2026, hosted on the outdoor fields of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery. The festival features 60 craft brewers offering 150+ brew options alongside 20+ bacon samplers, highlighted by NH's own North Country Smokehouse bacon.
This is a strictly 21+ event — no one under 21 may enter the festival gates. The festival has built a reputation for selling out quickly. All proceeds benefit the High Hopes Foundation of NH, which provides life-enhancing medical equipment, assistance, and opportunities to New Hampshire's terminally and chronically ill children.
The NH Bacon & Beer Festival was born in 2017 as a creative fundraiser for the High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire, an organization that has been providing life-enhancing support to the state's terminally and chronically ill children for over 40 years. The concept was simple but irresistible: combine New Hampshire's thriving craft beer scene with the universal love of bacon, and channel all the fun into a meaningful cause.
From its very first year, the festival found its home on the sprawling outdoor fields of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery in Merrimack, giving the event a picturesque and spacious setting along the Daniel Webster Highway. The partnership between local craft brewers and one of the world's largest brewery campuses creates an interesting juxtaposition that captures the spirit of the festival — inclusive, fun, and focused on bringing people together.
Over the past decade, the NH Bacon & Beer Festival has grown into one of New England's most anticipated food and drink events. With 60 craft brewers pouring 150+ options and 20+ bacon samplers creating everything from bacon-wrapped delicacies to creative bacon-infused dishes, the festival has become a must-attend event that regularly sells out. North Country Smokehouse, a New Hampshire institution, serves as the featured bacon provider, keeping the event firmly rooted in local tradition.
