The Big Brew Beer Festival is a popular indoor craft beer festival held at The Morristown Armory in Morristown, New Jersey. The 2026 edition took place on Saturday, March 7, featuring over 150 unique tastings from craft breweries, with attendees receiving a souvenir tasting glass for unlimited sampling. The festival runs two sessions: Session 1 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and Session 2 from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
This is a 21+ event held inside the historic Morristown Armory, providing a spacious indoor venue that makes it a great early-spring beer festival regardless of weather. Attendees can discover new beers and speak directly with brewery representatives.
The Big Brew Beer Festival has become one of New Jersey's go-to winter/spring craft beer events, transforming the historic Morristown Armory into a massive beer hall each March. Organized by JMK Events, the festival has carved out a loyal following among Garden State beer enthusiasts who look forward to sampling 150+ unique beers under one roof.
The Morristown Armory provides the perfect setting — a grand, spacious venue that accommodates the large crowds and numerous brewery stations without feeling cramped. The two-session format (afternoon and evening) allows the organizers to manage capacity and ensure every attendee gets quality face time with brewery representatives and ample access to tastings.
What sets Big Brew apart is its accessibility and focus on variety. With over 150 unique tastings available, the festival caters to every palate — from hop-forward IPAs to rich stouts and crisp lagers. Each ticket includes a souvenir tasting glass and unlimited sampling throughout the session. The early March date makes it one of the first major beer festivals of the year in the Northeast.
